About our CRFs

We are staffed 24/7 by a team of individuals dedicated to providing a balance of support and supervision during release in the community. We offer guidance and assistance in re-establishing connections with family, obtaining forms of personal identification, applying for healthcare coverage, locating recovery resources and navigating day to day obstacles. Through support and advocacy, we work empower individuals to move forward in positive ways and foster meaningful connections within the community.

We also visit the institutions regularly in order to share information about our programs and establish rapport prior to release. Being accepted to the CRF begins with a screening; we fully review the history and progress of each individual, and we always call, write or visit to ask additional questions and get to know people before they potentially arrive. This also gives offers an opportunity for questions to be asked of us as well.
