About transitional & supported housing
Maria Keary Cottage provides 20 transitional housing beds to men that are unhoused or at risk becoming unhoused. We are staffed 24/7 by a team of individuals dedicated to providing support to those in our community that encounter barriers to accessing safe, suitable housing. Residents can stay with us for up to two years. We are based on a room board system, with varying rates depending on income source.
We offer
referrals, advocacy, and connection to community
two single rooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible, nine doubles
access to free wifi, laundry, daily home-cooked meals.

individuals to be respectful of staff, one another and the living spaces
engagement in case planning and long-term housing goals
everyone to be sober and/or active in their recovery
all individuals to take ownership of their living space and complete daily chores
